I can dribble a ball using either hand and a mature motor pattern. I can pivot using either foot. (Come to class knowing how to dribble correctly and what it means to pivot, this will help you get more activity time).
Assignment for October 24-29
Write down 5 things that you know about basketball. It can be positions and what they do, history of basketball, etc. Do not write down that they shoot, dribble, pass, rebound,etc. I want 5th grade answers not 2nd grade answers. Show you knowledge, look up basketball online. Hand in at the beginning of class.

I can perform a give and go using soccer passes.
Assignment: Come up with one offensive strategy and one defensive strategy used in soccer. You may use the web to locate these strategies. Be able to explain your strategy if asked!

Please try to wear clothing that will be comfortable and light. IF possible, I would like to go outside. Don't wear dark clothing if you can and be sure to have on correct shoes.
